WVN Home Textiles
WVN Home Textiles reimagines the use of local, handwoven textiles and lends a fresher treatment to it for the modern home. With Filipino weaves at the heart of their ideas, they advocate for a shift in the way the younger generations value them and awareness of the beauty of our local handloom industry.
What started as a project between two friends is now growing as a business that has captured the interest of their advocates. After consulting with the Philippine Textile Research Institute (PTRI), the government agency that works with weavers all over the country, they decided to go to Bangar, La Union. Upon seeing the quality and design of products, they fell in love and went all in.
