I had been eyeing this as my new daily driver, and it's so worth it. It's the perfect size for me and can fit all my essentials with some space remaining. I love all the little pockets and the built-in key holder. The detachable strap is adjustable and is perfect for me who likes to wear bags across my body. Plus, what you see in the pics is what you get. I almost had to remove one star though because the snap button on the key holder broke literally when I received and inspected the bag. I decided to still give them 5 stars because they were very responsive and they fixed the issue. They assured me that this rarely happens (I sure hope so) and that they would repair it free of charge. I felt it would take a lot of time to have the bag shipped back and forth, so I asked them if I could have it fixed by a shop near me instead, and they agreed to reimburse the cost of the repair. My bag has since been fixed and I have also been reimbursed. Overall, it's an excellent purchase. The product is great and I expect to keep using it for years. Plus, their top-notch customer service seals the deal. I'm already eyeing the Vinia Hardin Fanny Pack next.

The bag is beautiful! Weave is luxuriously soft. The side panels are a gorgeous accent that give it a bit of structure, but it’s still fairly slouchy and roomy. The blue leather is more of a navy shade than pictured, which helps to keep the overall look on the neutral side. I was pleasantly surprised by the features inside the bag - a zipper pocket, leather key loop with a snap button, and two open pockets. I’m also glad I added the (removable) crossbody strap, because the handle is just a smidge too short for me to comfortably wear on my shoulder. So glad I finally treated myself ☺️ I hope the fabric holds up to daily wear and small kids!

Workmanship is excellent and even though the bag is a mini, you can fit most of your essentials inside. I wish that the bag is packed in a box instead of just wrapped in brown paper so that it won't be deformed.

Thank you for the feedback and for being an advocate! :) We intentionally do not use additional packaging as most of these just get thrown out :( The bag is a slouchy one though so even if it looks a bit deformed out of the wrap, it will snap right back with a few uses!

Bought it as a gift for my mom for Mother's Day, and it didn't disappoint. She usually likes leather bags but the aesthetics plus the story behind the company made her appreciate it. It's pretty, well-crafted and can hold a lot of things. It's now her go-to everyday bag.

A freshly woven Medley style and a mini version of an R2R classic, the Buslo. The Buslo Mini may look too small for your essentials but it's surprisingly roomy with its slouchy silhouette, making it the perfect everyday crossbody bag. Comes with a sling strap for your hands-free movements.

For an additional customization fee, we can alter or edit the pieces as long as they do not deviate too much from our designs.
If an item is defective, we'll make sure to get it right for you without additional fees.

We use textile waste and deadstock fabric to create many of our pieces. As such, the colors of the actual product may slightly differ in tint, tone, or shade from what you see on the screen. We strive to source for the closest color matches that you can see on screen, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.

Customization

We accept requests for customized and made-to-order versions of our existing bags, clothes, and home accessories designs.

Customization scope:

Minor add-ons or adjustments (subject to approval)

Not included in the scope: Significant changes from the original designs will not be accepted. This customization is for regularly priced individual orders only (sale items not included). For wholesale or corporate orders, kindly contact us at yourfriends@rags2riches.ph.

Important note: Strictly no refunds, exchanges, nor returns for customized items.

Lead time: Between five (5) to 20 days, depending on the availability of materials. If your product is already for pre-order, the lead time will follow the pre-order lead time.
